Provençal seasoning is a very aromatic and delicious seasoning blend that conjures up the flavors, sights and sounds of the south of France and the Mediterranean coast. All good Provençal cooks have their own unique blend of herbs and spices that vary slightly, this here is my version. This is a great seasoning to grilled, sautéed or roasted chicken, pork, beef or vegetables.
- 2 tsp. Minced or Flaked Garlic, dried
- 1 tsp. Oregano, dried
- 1 tsp. Rosemary, dried
- 1 tsp. Thyme, dried
- ½ tsp. Lavender, dried
- ½ tsp. Fennel Seeds, dried
- ½ tsp. Rubbed Sage, dried
- Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Place into air tight glass jar and use as needed.
