So here we are at step one on my own personal journey optimal health and my ideal weight. My goal is to get down to the 190/195 range. I plan to check in every week with a progress report on where I’m at weight wise and what I’ve eaten and exercised in the previous week.
So today’s post is going to be pretty short and sweet as a first one.

- Exercise about once per week
- Attempt as much as possible to keep myself moving and active during the day – Not easy when you work a desk job!
